Pros
Very friendly support staff, I also had a good working relationship with my supervisors so felt that I was being guided but also told with clarity and fairness when aspects of my performance had dipped.
Cons
Having started with the PhD scholarship in the Netherlands, I think the university could have been better at communicating the changes when the scholarship ended and formal "employment contract" began, there was a lack of clarity to begin with.
