Run... Run away fast!!! - Quality Rightway Fasteners Employee Review

Several years ago when I started there it was a great company to work for with great benefits that compensated for the lower pay. Now this place has so many management issues, poor selection of new employees including violent offenders, an over abundance of sexual harassment that goes unpunished and even a manager who put his hands on an employee and still has his job. I'm not exaggerating one bit. Only go there if you're completely desperate for an income. Also some departments have been working 7 days a week and almost every holiday so far in 2015.
