Pros

Fast-paced environment that provides exposure to the facility management industry.

Cons

Management Style: The leadership approach can feel condescending rather than collaborative, making it difficult to feel valued or heard. Team Dynamics: Experienced a lack of professional support from peers, with a culture that favored constant negative feedback over constructive growth. Work-Life Balance: The workload is extremely heavy and "overworked" is an understatement. There is a significant lack of flexibility regarding time off, even for family-related needs, which makes maintaining a healthy personal life nearly impossible. Company Culture: Overall, the environment felt restrictive and uncomfortable, with a "pushed around" dynamic rather than a team-oriented one.

Pros

Working at Rightsize Facility has been a rewarding experience with the ability to see a project through while also having strong opportunities for growth. The company is highly process-driven with an ongoing eye on innovation, which enables us to execute on our big visions and ambitious goals effectively. The leadership team is also thoughtful about transparency and continually tries to ensure that everyone is aligned with our objectives and equipped to succeed. Another thing that I appreciate most about Rightsize Facility is the commitment to our core values. The company is deeply invested in the development of its employees, offering clear career trajectories and a variety of opportunities for growth. The culture here is supportive and collaborative, creating an environment where innovation and respect are highly valued.

Cons

However, it’s important to note that the fast-paced nature of our work can sometimes be demanding. The drive to achieve and implement new initiatives often means a busy schedule, especially during peak periods. While this is great for those who thrive in dynamic environments, it’s something to be mindful of when considering the work-life balance.

Pros

Average employee is cool to work with, and the people are capable and want to do good work. All the good initiatives are from management level, however, few of them get green lit by leadership. If leadership trusted people it may be better.

Cons

This company is all work work work. They give you no PTO (which included sick days). I heard people had as little as 10 days. They have a WFH policy of 2 days remote, but God forbid you need any flexibility on that. Work on Christmas Eve too. If they could make you work on Christmas he would. Its a constant struggle for women to be heard here too. They keep bad workers around, but punish anyone that pipes up to make things better. A real "boys club". Really comes down to if the CEO like you or not. If you're a person of color, look elsewhere. Psychic damage is a given when you work here.
