      Excellent Brand Steady work Solid work schedule (40-45hr work week - big plus for consultants) 100% Local clients (no travel) Ability to add value to and gain leadership experience with a growing firm Free lunch every other Friday!

      Cons

      The RightPoint talent pool has heavy Open Source background/roots, but most projects have been enterprise, Microsoft .Net - based. It would be great to see more investment in this area.
