For the two years I was with Rightpoint I was impressed with the people and the work we did, the talent of the teams I worked with, the compensation, the benefits. I very much enjoyed going to work.
Cons
Senior management is having a difficult time defining and selling the vision of the company. The lack of incoming business has resulted in multiple rounds of layoffs in the last year. The instability is definitely affecting employee morale and retention
