Badly trained staff. From top to bottom. Progression is based on length of service not on quality of service . Or based on why your best friend is . Management are lacking professionalism . The office is filthy . The toilet facilities are awful . Bonus scheme is a scam , they make it achievable but look for any reason to take it away from you and too often succeed .
