Professional Company - HR RightVows Employee Review

Nothing Pros about this company only you will recieve a promising phone call from them regarding a job opportunities followed by a formal job offer sent via email. that's all. I was called on urgent basis to Dubai on 20th March 2024 and since then there hasn't been any clarity or joining date confirmation and now they have just stopped all communications.

For nearly a month, I attempted to reach out to them for clarification and guidance on the next steps, but to no avail. It was as though my existence had been completely disregarded. It wasn't until the company themselves attempted to establish contact that any response was elicited. Even then, the agency offered no clarity or reassurance regarding the joining or onboarding process, leaving me in a state of confusion and frustration. The most disheartening aspect of this entire ordeal is the blatant disregard for people's aspirations and dreams. To dangle opportunities before individuals, only to vanish into thin air without so much as an explanation, is not just unprofessional, but also downright unethical.
