      Leadership encouraged autonomy and was very open to new ideas brought forth by employees. Leadership conducted itself in a highly ethical manner when dealing with customers, competitors, and employees.

      Too much dependence on a small number of technology partners.

      Pros

      RightStar offers plenty of training to keep you current on your job skills Communication from the CEO about the state of the company is open and honest Management is on your side when dealing with clients

      Cons

      Onboarding for new employees is practically absent. A little more than "show up at the client site" is needed for new employees. Need a more structured process for job performance reviews and raises.
