Don't do it - Recruiter RightPro Staffing Employee Review

There is no direction, development, or proper training. Any suggestions or feedback is absolutely not welcome, at all. One of the superiors has absolutely NO HR or recruiting experience but is very involved in the recruiters' workflow and will try to micromanage you. All members of the upper management are either obtuse, vindictive, controlling, or a mix of all three. Everyone seems miserable and sad.
