Pros

The one good takeaway from working here was learning how to deal with extremely difficult coworkers and management styles which is a valuable life skill.

Cons

Poor benefits, no 401k match, NO diversity, tiered commission structure is robbery. The owners of this company are more concerned with making sure their employees want to work there rather than actually making it an enjoyable place to work. If their company was actually a great place to work, they wouldn't have to constantly ask their employees for reassurance that they want to be there. If you don't profess your undying love for the company at any chance you get, they will look for ways to push you out. They get the "fastest growing recruiting firm" award every year because they constantly hire and fire people. Some managers have gone through 8+ direct reports in a 2 year span... If you want to work 9-5 this is not the place. You will be expected to work all hours of the day and if you don't go to the company events every other week you will be seen as someone that does not want to work there.

Great culture and strong leadership that creates a positive work environment. The company invests heavily in training, technology, and employee development, giving people the tools needed to succeed in staffing and recruiting. There are clear opportunities for growth, consistent feedback, and recognition for hard work.

Pros

Great place to work if you’re looking to break into recruiting and sales. Mark and Dave are both very supportive when it comes to helping people learn, improve, and advance in their careers. They create an environment where hard work is recognized and growth feels attainable. The atmosphere is very positive and team-oriented, with plenty of friendly competition and events that keep things engaging and fun day to day.

Cons

No real negatives from my experience.
