Inconsistent - Patient Care Assistant (PCA) Right at Home Employee Review

Great office staff to work with. Client's were great to work with and it was nice making someone's day better through activities of daily living. You were placed with clients close to home.

Often had to drive to multiple client's houses in one day to make up a full days work. You were not remibersed for hours.

Flexibility with scheduling shifts. Company is considerate of personal time and availability.

Sometimes there is miscommunication between clients and the company. Still need to populate client list.
