Pros
When I could spend time and energy with my colleagues away from leadership that could be awesome.
Cons
There's not enough space here to detail all the EEOC, HR and just basic human rights violations that happen in this organization. Nepotism is rampant. Leadership gave themselves a raise and promotion weeks before laying off almost half the staff during the holidays and then saying it's everyone's fault people were let go. Top performers are fired for made up reasons if the leadership feels intimidated by questions or just stops liking them. Employees were told not to meet with one another if a director wasn't present because they were afraid people would speak negatively about leadership (read: tell the truth). Working here is recipe for gaslighting, toxicity and trauma. Budget couldn't be mismanaged worse if they tried. Run far away. They have a diverse staff but only because leadership commits EEOC violations to cherry pick race/gender mix that will make them look good.
