Pros
I've seen reviews of which I'm very skeptical, but here I am about to write a glowing review, and I mean every word I'm saying.
- The autonomy Scott and Mark provide to staff is awesome. You are provided training, then they let you loose and trust that you'll get the job done. They are constantly here to mentor and teach you.
- It's an open environment. You won't see them closed off in an office somewhere, They sit right here with you and are "in it". Every day.
- They are extremely generous with sharing the success of the company with the staff.
- This is a staffing firm that has its values and ethics in line with my own, which is why I'm glad I was trained here and hope to have a long career here, and see it grow.
- They take chances on people like me, who was not a recruiter prior to joining the team.
- They always have your back.
Cons
- Not sure this is a con, but you've got to have internal drive to be successful here. You want to do your best, for your own sake and for the sake of the owners, and that might mean working longer and harder to do just that.
