Pros
Has a wonderful outplacement business and fantastic career management consultants.
Cons
Company is centered on the development of paying clients outside the organization, but hasn't worked to develop their own people. Right Management knows the language associated with consulting, but has a limited number of clients who purchase talent management services. Leadership is lacking, and has an inability to validate employee concerns. Over the past 2 years there has been a mass exodus in the Northeast Region, we all find it hard to believe leadership remains in tact with all the departures. Who's minding the store? In the business of people, how have we not figured out it always comes back to the Leader?
