Cons
Senior management is excessively metric driven, to the detriment of the culture and integrity of service quality. Manpower does not understand the consulting business, the complexity of solutions nor the importance of keeping talent with deep relationships and broad experience. Middle management is in an impossible situation, being tasked with meeting ridiculous goals in a down economy and delivering solutions without the necessary resources. Anyone with another option has quit, some even without another option. Those remaining have been warned - do not get in the cross-hairs of senior leadership in their single-minded vision to increase margins and cut costs.
