Pros
The employees are great to work with and excel in their fields. The ability to work from home can be very helpful.
Cons
The pay is moderate at best and the company does not believe in annual raises/cost of living adjustments. When having a conversation about compensation, leadership talk more about what you could be paid if everything goes right, rather than what you are being paid. This is more discouraging when you realize the company hasn't hit the goals that enable 100% incentive compensation in years. The structures and systems constantly change to the point where they no longer provide any value; they simply become and administrative burden. Furthermore, employees are not consulted about the changes before they're made. Training and development consist of half-hearted once a year events with no follow through. There are hardly any career advancement opportunities. Ultimately, it's a sales-oriented organization, which seems to come at the cost of the best possible delivery and operational support. If you're not in sales role, don't expect much recognition, no matter how good the delivery is.
