When I joined the firm it was an incredible place to work. There was a sense of purpose and a mission t help organizations with their talent management needs.
Cons
About three years after Manpowergroup acquired Right you could tell that the cultured changed. Being that I worked at both places the obvious was happening: -Instead of developing their people managers were starting to "manage-up" -There is no support in the field for collaboration in sales and delivery -Commission structure is now a joke, at least 50% lower than their competition (this strategy was to reduce "cost of sale"....kinda like tripping over dollars to pick up pennies.
