      -Taught me and really progressed my skills in so many areas -Help shaped the person and give me interest in the insurance sector

      -Social time used to be restricted due to hours but this did change

      Pros

      Intensive training - 2 week course with role playing, script learning, sales tactics. Management supported newbies with selling in their first few months through shadowing sessions, listening into calls and coaching / giving advice. They would offer to take over when struggling to let you listen in to how they convert the quote into a booking.

      Cons

      Shift work with consistent weekend work. When the company is struggling, it is felt within the floor staff from heavily stressed team leads.
