Pros

An ok place to gather experience but also a house of cards.

Cons

This place has one of the worse cultures I've ever encountered. Management is super cliquey and will scapegoat new hires for their own mistakes. This place is reminiscent of WeWork in a lot of ways not least of which is how they burn through investor money on acquisitions that don't make sense, new business models that aren't feasible and benefits and "perks" that aren't sustainable. This place went through multiple waves of layoffs in the time that I worked there as a result of the aforementioned reasons. If you're an intern this isn't a bad place to cut your teeth but the staff that have been there the longest are incompetent, unprofessional and have immunity based solely the rapport they built up when Workrise was in it's infancy. In summation, this isn't the place to work if you're expecting stability. Don't take my word for it though - Rigup is still represented as a separate company on Glassdoor and you can read reviews from those of us who were laid off.
