Great Doctors Horrible Staff - Dental Assistant Rifkin Dental Employee Review

I've been working in dentistry for quite some time and if you're also a seasoned dental professional you know it's hard to find an office where you're treated well and respected, where you're opinions matter and are considered. When I started working for Rifkin Dental I quickly realized that there are still employers out there who genuinely care about their team. At Rifkin Dental we truely operate with a team mentality and have created a fun friendly and cohesive culture. Not only do i love working with every single person on my team, Rifkin Dental has a generous PTO policy, a 401 k match, uniform stipend, dental care benefits, they help cover the cost of health insurance, they have a very lucrative bonus structure ( and we really make it and get bonus often, it's not some outrageously obvious unobtainable goal like other offices), they are understanding of work/life balance and have a very talented, trusted, personable and professional team of Doctors and owners who treat all staff members with respect and gratitude. I love working for Rifkin Dental and I am so excited to see what the future holds for the team!

Health insurance is a little pricey however they have been trying to find ways to make it more affordable

Literally an amazing atmosphere!! I love working for the Rifkins and Dr. Martyniak. After making the hard decision to leave, due to the long commute… it took less then 2 months to call them asking for my job back. I missed the patients, the management team, and most importantly the Carmel Crew that I get the pleasure of working with daily. It is very important to love what you do, but it is just as important to love the team that you do it with. This is where I will be until the day that I retire… this is my home away from home.

My commute stinks, but my patients and team make it all worth it!!
