Pros
Riekes has been a great company to work for. I appreciate the way that family is valued and they always put family before work. You are given the tools you need to succeed and you are in control of how you want to use those tools. If you don’t understand something or just want to better understand, ask the questions. It doesn’t matter if it is within your department or another. The more you understand, the easier your job will be and ultimately make you a happier person who enjoys showing up for work!
