Horrible treatment and disrespectful clients - Event Coordinator Ridgeway Country Club Employee Review

It's bad enough to work for a management that has no respect for the employees, but having to disrespectful and rude clients is just much worse. The frustrating part is that the managers almost always side with the clients, so employees are left to suffer the mental and emotional abuse. I don't see any employee having a meaningful future here.
