Pros
The Company has gradually been taking steps to merge and integrate the companies acquired by acquisition. Due to Covid this has taken longer than expected however, with a new Leadership Team and new SMT the differences are starting to show. There has been more structure implemented and we are becoming a more process driven environment and working towards a better offering for our customers and being a better organisation to be a part of.
Cons
I don't have anything negative to say, maybe 6 months ago I would have commented that we needed more structure but this has been and continues to be implemented.
