Pay is alright. Bonus was bad. Residential Supers are great. A lot of room for growth.

Weekend work can happen at any time. Workplace environment is very fratty. If your not a company man, this isn't the place for you. If you didn't play highschool football or watch college football, this isn't the place for you.
