      Loads of freedom to influence your own work and work on personal development. Always room to pitch your own ideas and a huge plus to be able to work remotely. A great work environment with loads of likeminded people.

      Working remotely is not for everyone.

      Almost everything was a Pro, great company that cares about you as a person

      Cons

      1. Internal Promotions were still too focused on your resume instead of your quality 2. On performance metrics for chats they measured by classic needing to answer x number of people and minimize time instead of quality of response
