work from home unsupervised at 8am makes it easy to ease into the day as no micromangement

Cons

they don't offer you more pay unless you resign then they offer you extra vacation days and more money .why not just pay me what i am worth. stop wasting peoples time

Pros

Work from home full time with no expectations to go in the office

Cons

This place is a revolving door ! A clear sign of bad culture is when leaders and top sales people quit. The wait time to get a service person is crazy and sales and service people are not appreciated. Prior post is correct they purchase awards - deep pockets to save face. One employee has been there long term and she is not happy. It is sad that people buy brokerages but don’t know how to manage staff.
