      Pros

      The office is quit mostly 'cos the staff work at client premises. It is near a bus stop. Small team know each other

      Cons

      I couldn't get promotion- few options. The senior folks all were like a little club. In the end I got fed up of that culture. I was hoping they would expand or take some other firm over. Office is isolated - outside Godalming.
