Wonderful management team Enjoyed creating friendships with co-workers Very little need to feel competitive Making children's faces light up in delight Singing and dancing to draw in guests Opportunities to get creative Plenty of employee respect- parties, prizes and fuuun I have a lifetime worth of memories from working for Ridemakerz!

Usually, employees were divided into two different "factions": Those who complained about company policies all day... to one another Those who strived to have fun and get along with one another (including management) A few unprofessional management moves when dealing with employees and guests.
