Pros
Nice interview experience which was refreshing. Salary was pretty good compared to other companies out there. Being a start up there will be good growth opportunities as the company grows.
Cons
I feel that I didn't get the support I needed to thrive in my role which was a real shame - onboarding could be a lot better, which to be fair I think they were aware of. Joining a start-up isn't for everyone which I realised pretty quickly. It was very fast paced and intense with high expectations. I thought I was a good fit within my industry however working here I felt out my depth and extremely stressed quite a lot. I can't speak for everyone but the general morale did seem quite low when my time was up with the company - perhaps they could look into this as the majority of people work remotely which I think played a big part in this. I know for me work remotely made it difficult to process peoples tone as sometimes it came across as abrupt in messages. I will re-iterate that being fast-paced and intense seems to be the nature of a startup so please keep this in mind when applying.
