Pros

Absolutely zero pros about this place.

Cons

Riddle is a man-child who throws temper tantrums that would put even Veruca Salt to shame. If you're a woman, you will likely be sexually harassed and Riddle will side with the men. They pay "based on experience" which conveniently means that male case managers are paid way more than any female. The turnover is so high that you will inherit cases that have already have multiple CMs, meaning you will spend day in and day out being yelled at by clients for things not being handled. They also expect you to handle the front door because they are too cheap to pay to have someone up front (or they can't keep anyone for long since they pay nothing and treat their admin like dirt). I wouldn't touch this place with a 10 foot pole.

Pros

Family like environment. Breakfast provided on Friday. Owner takes employees to happy hour a few times a year. Bonus for birthday, admin day, and Christmas. Owner pays part of insurance.

Cons

No room for growth. Certain attorneys let their personal life affect how they treat the employees (we all have bad days, I get that. But leave it outside of work). Leave time could be better. They don't even have maternity leave for moms. Pay is so minimal for the work that case managers have to do versus other law firms.
