Pros
Was a slumbering giant, but with the introduction of flexible working and reduction in red tape Ricoh has become agile. A good company to work for and always looking for ways to improve. Serious about charity and volunteering (you get 2 paid days leave a year to work on projects) and involved in events such as BBC Children in Need operating as a call centre on the fundraising night.
Cons
Parent company (Ricoh Europe) can be interfering and get in the way when UK are the most advanced Ricoh company in Europe. Overall, IT facilities have improved, but the infrastructure needs work.
