      - get to work on some well known shows - lunches on set - access to company car if working in a remote location - great place to get experience

      Cons

      - would often work past wrap time, but that's more typical than atypical at every production company

      Pros

      They look after you and have good established processes in place. Nice office and managers are all lovely.

      Cons

      Not enough time given to crew for pre-production. It puts a lot of stress on newly formed teams before being sent on location.
