      New and Improved Management - The new COO leads by example. He cares about people and isn't afraid to get his hands dirty. Other managers are starting to follow his lead. Room to advance - A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done can get you everywhere. There are lots of advancement opportunities available for those who are willing to work for them.

      Pros

      In the last year has invested time and resources to grow the company. New manufacturing equipment and operations are improving daily production. The recent changes are an exciting change of pace from the last few years. The COO and upper management are constantly on the floor, learning from the employees to improve daily activity. Room for advancement. More holidays off than most jobs.

      Summers are hot. Superbowl and holiday are long work days
