      Had years of glowing reviews and then was asked to leave over one very aggressive customer when I was trying to get him to follow library rules.

      Helping your community, amazing coworkers, fun opportunities with programming and book displays, lots to do all the time

      Cons

      Micromanaging, not supported by HR/admin, strict guidelines for decorations with displays and signage, easy burnout when you give 110% and receive 0 raises or acknowledgment, zero internal growth
