Pros

Richer Education is a very nice company to work at. I am a full-time students and can decided the days that I want to work or not, it is totally up to me. They also provide all the material that you need for teaching which is very helpful as it doesn't require preparation on your end. The activities are very fun too! It is low effort to work there compared to being a freelance tutor as they find the students for you, prepare the material, deal with the parents' expectations. You only have to teach, (have patience), and be paid. It makes the whole process very relaxing!

Cons

The only downsides that I can see are that if you are used to teaching to one child at a time as a freelance tutor, this will be a chock. At Richer Education you can have classes of up to 15 children which can be challenging. Furthermore, if you agree to do a week camp, you are working all day with only a half-an-hour break at lunch, so it gets intense.

Pros

I was employed by Richer Education for nearly 2 years. I really enjoyed working there. One of my favourite things was the working environment, the respect, the order. Another point, I liked was the recruitment day/onboarding (it was impeccable). From the moment I interviewed until I was given my contract, the treatment was very professional. I left the company recently because I found a full-time job out of the UK. Otherwise, I would have continued for several years. I highly recommend this company.

Cons

There are always deadlines and even though the managers and supervisors absorb all the pressure (as a tutor you don't even notice the pressure). I think the company should be flexible with deadlines.
