      The work can be fun and engaging as well as good coworkers.

      Cons

      Leadership is very unorganized and hard to read/plain unprofessional. It makes for a frustrating work environment and lack of trust.

      Pros

      No customer service needed. Very little time used in clean up, about 5-10 minutes a day only. Company party, and large break room.

      Cons

      Very few workers can speak English. The managers are under strict pressure to maintain perfection and hand that pressure over to the rest of the team. Machine operators must produce 165 hats a day or they will be terminated from employment.
