Pros
RiceBran Technologies had a wonderful team when I worked there. We survived Chapter 11 - Reorganization working together. I adored my boss, the CFO, he was awesome to work for and I would absolutely work for him again.
Cons
All money was spent for the CEO to travel back and forth between his home state and the corporate office in Arizona. My promised bonus for sticking with the company during Chapter 11 was paid to local hotels, rental car agencies and airline companies.
