      Pros

      1. Independent pharmacy* (part of pillbox purchasing group). No corporate BS 2. Excellent staffing. Always adequate pharmacists, technicians, and clerks = time to provide every patient with excellent care 3. Flexible hours/schedule 4. Fantastic patient population 5. Exemplary inclusive atmosphere. Zero tolerance for prejudice toward any patient or employee regardless or race, religion, gender, or sexual orientation.

      1. Pay is below industry average, but online with most independent pharmacies 2. EMR and level of tech integration is mediocre
