Pros
People were great to work with everyday. Benefits were pretty good and hours were flexible.
Cons
Lack of appreciation from upper level management. Long hours for low compensation. Had to fight to get overtime approved even though we worked longer than 40 a week. A expectation to work more than 40 but only report 40.
