Your resume may look better although you don't gain as much growth as it looks. Good if you only work there for 1-2 year or so. It is a nice place for a undergraduate
Cons
It is really a undergraduate college. Their research work is not as good as the ranking. They don't encourage independent thinking. Many research staff just repeated what they did since the day one
