Pros
Pay. Close to home. Interesting caseload.
Cons
Health care is 6,000 for a family and doesn't kick in until deductible is met. High turn over, non existent training. More concerning was the underlying passive aggressiveness and lack of professionalism. Very clicky, and forced to work in person so many days in a cubicle while no one talks to each other. Lighting is not ADA friendly. Co-workers were wonderful, population great, management... not so much. Not allowed individual garbages, only allowed 3 remote days after 1 year probation, only 2 weeks off per year, much to be desired for over all benefits. Union does nothing.
