They are a family owned business. If you didn't come in as a friend of the family, be prepared for them to treat you like an outsider. They had 2 managing partners. One was great, he wild listen to what I had to say, took my advice on things I knew about and recommended. The other managing partner would micromanage every little thing people did. It's like he never trusted anyone and always thought people didn't know what they were doing or talking about.
