Ricca Chemical is a hidden gem. It offers growth and development for anyone willing to take advantage of it. The advancement opportunities are amazing!! You can literally start at an entry level position and move to an executive position (as demonstrated by several employees). For example, I spent several years working for large corporate companies, where I had just another job and I was treated like just another employee (just another number). When I started with Ricca, I treated it like my other positions as first, just another job, nothing special. I worked hard but didn't think anyone would ever notice. To my surprise, hard work at Ricca is always noticed!! I quickly moved from having as just another job, to developing a career path (all thanks to Ricca). In addition to the development opportunities, at Ricca, you can work for an owner that truly values and respects all employees. The owner is always looking for ways to offer more benefits to employees. Also, the Executive Leadership team truly has an open-door policy, and they listen to the voice of the employees. They are continuously working to develop employees by providing them growth opportunities. Both the owner and executive team lead by example and are not afraid of rolling up their sleeves to help whenever or wherever needed. Again, Ricca is a hidden gem!!
