If you are familiar with the construction world you know how stressful the job can be. Everyone at Ric Man was extremely nice and willing to teach the ways even to those with no experience. Family oriented / friendly environment. Definitely blessed to have been given the opportunity to work with them. They give bonuses - health insurance - 401k and the yearly Holiday Party for the employees is amazing with raffles - prizes and GREAT food.

Fast paced and always something to do. You have to be willing to work OT as it’s a small but very successful company. If you have experience in the construction world you know that thick skin is a must as well as attention to detail.

If you sacrifice your life, they will give you a dollar pay raise after 3 years :)

The mentality there is that you must give to the company first before they can give you anything. What I mean by anything is a day off or being able to leave at 5 pm. They will overload you with work so they can find reasons to not give you a raise and call you a bad employee. If you are lucky enough to get a raise, they will demand more of you. If you have the mentality to work like a mule and have no life, then this is the job for you.
