Pros
great environment, work environment, and very useful to learn a lot about many brands. The brands and portfolio is extensive and it's great for anyone who wants to be in the wine and spirits industry.
Cons
the volume of the brands are too big for the team they have. there's such high potential if they hired more people, but unfortunately this does result in heavy workloads and doing a million things. No option for hybrid/remote even though some people commute very far.
