      Nice people except some sometimes flexible shifts

      Management and their favoritism, the moment you request off you loose that day until someone else takes it off, the mistreatment from the managment is crazt.

      Amazing staff that have become a true family. Great guest that have been coming some since the day the restaurant opened. The best BBQ on the Coast

      Pros

      Everyone treated each other as family and genuinely took pride in their craft.

      Cons

      Corporate became a very distant. You ended up becoming just a number on a paper instead of a person who gave years to the company.
