      Great team Fun atmosphere Some Flexibility in scheduling Helpful training classes and material

      Cons

      Long hours sometimes(12+ hour shifts are a must to have at least two days off) No easy break times for management Tough budgets during the slow months This location has tough sales competition within very close proximity

      Amazing staff that have become a true family. Great guest that have been coming some since the day the restaurant opened. The best BBQ on the Coast

      Pros

      Everyone treated each other as family and genuinely took pride in their craft.

      Cons

      Corporate became a very distant. You ended up becoming just a number on a paper instead of a person who gave years to the company.
