Pros

This is one such organisation if you consider challenging your mental Peace a Pros, then I guess this Organisation has one. The day you join this company is the day you actually start questoning, Am I that fool to decide to join this. They gonna offer you anything because they don't want you to keep for long term they calculate in Man days so no matter they offer you 1Cr-2Cr they you end up having no Job as soon as they get some Junior resource trained by shadowing you.

Cons

In this area this organisation has so much to offer, I don't want to get into so much but these guys won't even leave after leaving the organisation. They start giving negetive feedback whenever any BGV goes to them no matter what you have done for them. They are actually Social evils, hiring new joinees from Collages, make them to work like labours, and then fire for no reason. Shattering dreams of many people. They don't have a moral, ethics, or professinalism at all. The day you deny anything is the day your count down begins. Also, all the positive reviews are made by the New joinees, they give formatted perfectly curated content to each joinee. HR department is pupet of the Management, they don't have their own stand for anything. They simple have one line "It's from CEO". And when you have a Scrum master with absolutely no exeperice but (CEO's Favourite) as an executive roaming around the world attending Business events. You can expect what's happening.

Pros

I have been working at Rialtes for more than a year now and the experiences have been just like what you would see in a startup. Many people are outstanding and are continuously growing as they are wearing multiple hats and always firefighting to grow themselves while few who are creating the those unnecessary fires and getting fired!. I see a lot of movement of people but kind of understand as they need high performing individuals right now. I can't blame them because as usual, people sign up for everything during interviews and when expected to perform, they lack and cannot deliver. Overall, I find Rialtes to be a group of very high performing people and having the same expectations from top to bottom. Anyone who understands that, it's the best place for him. On my first day, I expected HR discussion and more, but in the afternoon of the day of joining, I was fully assigned to project and was working on a story!. That's how fast things are here. I am enjoying the ride and the project work, people and all vision driven which comes directly from the leadership. I read few negative comments about CEO, which I feel are over exaggerated.

Cons

Hire more technical leadership - we are swamped. Focus on employee engagements more frequently.

Pros

The people I had the chance to work with at Rialtes were fantastic. Their knowledge and professionalism were invaluable, and they were always willing to lend a helping hand. I truly enjoyed collaborating with such a supportive team.

Cons

Unfortunately, the CEO fails to live up to the standards one expects from a leader. His communication style lacks professionalism and, worse yet, borders on rudeness towards employees. This creates a demoralizing work environment. The CEO enforces policies inconsistently, with seemingly different rules for leadership and employees. New rules are created on the fly, leaving everyone confused. Frequent last-minute meeting cancellations from the CEO demonstrate a lack of respect for employee time and are a constant source of frustration. Furthermore, the company's vision seems to shift every few weeks, leaving employees confused and unsure of the company's direction. The CEO's impulsive decision-making creates a chaotic work environment. Employees are left wondering what's coming next and if their job is secure, with little to no communication or explanation from leadership. This lack of transparency is a major red flag. Strong leadership is essential for any company's success. Unfortunately, in this case, the CEO's behavior is hindering, not helping Rialtes.
