      Pros

      This is great growing Company, with real leadership that knows how to talk to people that work above them, with them or below them. It is a place that you will want to be a better person tomorrow than you are today! If you are doing the right things when no ones looking, then you are going to advance quickly here! Having a great attitude and doing what it takes goes a long way with this company. Not many companies out there that thank you for coming to work and doing your Job. If you are the person that arrives early or ontime, does your work and is upfront about making mistakes learn from them and move on, growing from them then this is the place you want to be.

      Cons

      None that I can think of, show up and do your job, and you can have stablity.

      Pros

      Left alone to run things how I wanted but hardly anyone ever shows up because it’s in a terrible location and isn’t his money maker.

      Cons

      This guy doesn’t have passion so he couldn’t possibly understand yours. You will be used up and the guy could care less if you have no life outside of work which is why people burn out here. Absolutely selfish and the only reason this place stays afloat are the fracking sites where you will be alone and bored out of your mind. Long hours and long drives. Not worth it for 14 an hour. Can go work anywhere else practically these days for that or more which is why he cannot recruit and keep good employees. The sad part is payroll is why they don’t hardly make any money. Lowest bidder to get contracts type business.
