Pros

Good to see positive changes and momentum build up. Management is taking initiative and effort to reach out to employees and hear their concerns and is taking steps to address them. More communication has been the key difference - need more of than on an ongoing basis. Culture is great to work, company has all amenities that employees look forward to. Benefits are better than industry standards.

Cons

Need more collaboration across different offices - it can be challenging when offices are across locations.
